You, the client, should read this FSG in its entirety, in addition to the Terms and Conditions, and all other documents provided to you by Xenium Financial Group Ltd. prior to opening an account. All of these documents, including this FSG are available on our website. This FSG contains information about:

• what services we are authorised to provide;
• how we are remunerated for these services;
• any (potential) conflicts of interest we may have; and
• our dispute resolution process.

DOCUMENTATION

Xenium will provide clients with the relevant documentation to facilitate the provision of transactions, including a Client Agreement. We will also provide you with relevant Product Disclosure Statements prior to investing in any products, which contain important information regarding the features, benefits, and fees applicable, and should be read carefully to enable you to make an informed decision prior to investing.

CLIENT MONIES

Monies lodged or deposited with us for investment purposes are not treated as funds belonging to Xenium, but as funds belonging to the client. Client funds are at all times insured by Xenium without risk.

Client funds may be utilized by Xenium for conducting investment activities in order to generate targeted returns.

OUR RECORD-KEEPING OBLIGATIONS

Xenium maintains comprehensive and accurate records of all client transactions.

CONDUCTING INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES

Xenium utilizes its Client’s funds in the cryptocurrency market. Xenium reserves the right to cease using any of these financial instruments or employ the use of other financial instruments that become available to it.

Xenium maintains records of all Client orders and deposits. You will be provided with a confirmation whenever you execute a transaction, such as opening a deposit or investment. These confirmations will be provided to you electronically and are sent automatically to you via email. Additionally, the Client may access their accounts at any time and view the transactions and account balances. It is the Client’s responsibility to review any confirmations or statements to ensure its accuracy and report any discrepancies to us as soon as possible. Confirmations are deemed to be conclusive and binding on you if not objected to in writing within one business day of the transaction being entered.

REMUNERATIONS, FEES AND COSTS

All of Xenium’s employees are paid a salary. In addition to a salary, some employees may receive performance-based, discretionary bonuses. Bonuses are calculated according to several performance factors including the general performance of Xenium.

INVESTMENT AND FINANCING

In order to open an account, you are required to complete an online registration form.

Clients who hold an active investment on the platform are distributed with a fixed rate return periodically and the actual return of which varies for each investment product. The return is calculated based on the face value of the invested amount.

Clients are not allowed to terminate an active investment ahead of time.

Xenium reserves the right to alter the investment terms of an investment product or suspend an investment product without prior notice.

Xenium will provide all clients, via the company’s website, with access to both daily and historical statements allowing you to check your open investments, account balances, and profits confirmations. Should you have any queries relating to your statements we encourage you to contact us.

We recommend that you consult your financial adviser or obtain other independent advice before proceeding with the products offered by Xenium. Xenium does not and will not give your personal financial advice.

REFERRAL COMMISSIONS

The commission is paid by Xenium to the introducing party who acquired new Clients to the company using a unique referral link provided by Xenium. Such commission is calculated based on the transaction conducted by the Client. The introducing party is subject to a commission of 3% for a direct referral and 1% for an indirect referral. All commissions are paid instantly at the time the Client makes an investment on https://xenium.pro/.

FURTHER INFORMATION

By using or continuing to use our services, you agree that:

• All fees and charges received by us as described in this FSG (other than third-party fees and charges) are a benefit given to us by you, in exchange for the market dealing services provided by us.
• We do not charge volume-based or asset-based fees for any advice we provide. You understand, consent to, authorize and direct us to charge you in this way
• If you have any questions regarding the particulars of our remuneration, fees, or costs, you may contact Xenium before any financial services identified in this FSG are provided.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A preliminary investigation of any disputes will be conducted by Xenium. Xenium wants to know about any problems or concerns you may have with our services so we can take steps to resolve the issue. We have internal dispute resolution procedures to resolve complaints from clients. Any complaints or concerns should be advised to us by e-mail. These should be directed to the Complaints Manager of Xenium ([email protected]). Xenium will provide acknowledgment of receipt of written complaints within 3 business days and seek to resolve and respond to complaints within 30 business days of receipt.

Should you feel dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to engage legal counsel.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We have systems and processes in place which safeguard against the unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information.

We may disclose your personal information to external parties for the purposes of execution, clearing, and settlement of transactions, or to those who act on our behalf in the operation of our business or in connection with the transactions to be undertaken.
